Tami and Tristan | The Inn at the Old Silk Mill Wedding

Tristan and Tami’s wedding day was nothing short of amazing! However, after their incredible engagement session in downtown Fredericksburg, I wouldn’t have expected anything less. It’s only fitting that such an amazing couple would kick off this sweet phase of their lives with a feature on United with Love.

Not only was the blog the perfect place for the world to see their beautiful session, but “united with love” is also the perfect way to describe their relationship. Both T+T are nurses, and they met through their work. He was always the one she would run into. Then they started sharing stories about their patients, assisting each other with moves, and quickly agreeing to vacation with either one’s family. Ultimately, the T+T would become the best of friends. But the timing was never quite right for them to date, until suddenly everything started falling into place.

When two people begin as friends (with family and friends always hoping for something more!), it’s safe to say their guests will be just as excited as the couple to celebrate a beautiful wedding day! I love seeing each wedding day unfold – all the little details, the personalities, the speeches – when each piece shows you the full circle of love the couple are entering into together.

I can honestly say I don’t believe I’ve ever photographed a wedding where everyone knew they were witnessing true loves greatest moment – the joining of two hearts. Tami and Tristan, your wedding day was one of the most special. I’m honored to have captured such a monumental moment for both of you!
