Hope and Mike | Evergreen Country Club Wedding

I first met Hope three years ago when I photographed her sister’s wedding. I was so excited when just over two years later she asked me to photograph her very own wedding! I remember the first time I met her fiancé, Mike. We were doing our bridal consult at Panera, and the two of them were so adorable together. After being a wedding photographer for nearly five years now, I’m still so struck when I see two people who truly and deeply love one another.

Their sweet nature only continued during their engagement session, which I include for free for all of my wedding clients. Engagement sessions are wonderful because so many couples want to use the photos for their save-the-dates, wedding decor, and as photos in their home together to tell their story, plus it gives me more time to connect with the pair before their wedding day. We did Hope and Mike’s engagement session at Winery at La Grange just about a year ago on a perfect fall day.

Just like their engagement session, these two made my job so easy on their wedding day! Their bridesmaids and groomsmen could not have been more thrilled for them, their families clearly adore them, and their sweet niece and nephew think they are a prince and princess. Hope and Mike, you are so perfect together, and your day was filled with so much beauty. I was honored to be the one you chose to capture every moment as you each said, “I do” and became one. And I’m thrilled to share every moment below!
